I was driving this morning and an ad came through the radio.
“Today there are amazing deals to be made in the real estate industry.”
Okay, that can be true.
“Forbes just named Columbus one of the most stable cities in the nation for real estate values.”
Again this is true.
“Which is why you NEED to attend my free wealth building seminar on investing in real estate.”
Umm … wait. Stop the train.
