The Hills, an independent grocery store located in Mt. Air/Worthington Hills area, will be the site of a season-premiere party for TBS’ “10 Items or Less“.
It will be the only location in Ohio to air the premiere — and have an official TBS party from 6-9 p.m. on Monday.
And it appears that TBS is willing to share the love, according to The Hills Web site:
Along with the screening of episodes of the show, we’ll have a live DJ, talent from QFM, food and beverages and real live actors from the show. All of this takes place near the produce department. (All the action happens near the produce department!)
Bob Clendenin (“Carl”) and Kirsten Gronfield (“Ingrid”) are both coming to Columbus to hang out in our store.
Sounds like fun. I caught a few episodes of the first season of “10 Items or Less” and found it to be somewhat funny. The premise is that an Ohio independent grocery store owner passes away and leaves the store to his son — and he attempts to save the store from its “Wal-Mart-like” competition.
To catch the show on Monday head to The Hills located on State Route 315 just north of I-270.
