Anyone that has ever read this page knows how much I enjoy shopping downtown Delaware.

However, I have found one thing that I’ll drive to southern Delaware County for — my cell phone service! The Verizon retail store on Polaris Parkway handled the purchase of my new VX6800 flawlessly!

I am still working on putting the technology to work for me, but for Gretchen it was already a good purchase — she has her laptop back.

There is a major difference between an “authorized agent” and a company store and in cell phones it is worth the drive for the extra knowledge and security these stores provide.

  1. ok i am confused. It’s an AT&T branded phone but it’s Verizon? It looks snazzy!

  2. It is a Verizon phone made by LG. I know that almost all of them have a version of the 6800 either in their arsenal or coming — it is “supposed” to be the competitor to the iPhone. Not really…
