This afternoon at 4 p.m. on ESPN, the Mt. Union Purple Raiders, my alma mater, will take on the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in the Amos Alonzo Stagg Bowl
in Salem, Va.

The Raiders (14-0) have made the trip to Salem 11 of the past 15 years and won nine NCAA Division III national championships since the 1993 season. On Saturday, the Raiders scored on their third play and cruised to a 62-14 victory over Bethel. |
