How Many Mobile Home Parks Does Ohio Have?
According to Mobile Home Bay, there are nearly 1,900 mobile home parks in the state of Ohio. Cleveland is home to the two largest reported parks with the Columbia Mobile Home Park and Olmstead Township each with 1,100 units.
There were 1,827 parks that listed the number of lots and among them the average was 65-2/3 units per park – or an amazing 120,013 units for the entire state.
The smallest? Three parks — Celina’s Bass Landing and D&W Marina and Columbus Grove’s Meyers Trailer Park — only list two units.
