The Ohio Housing Finance Agency has approved $1.55 million in funds for a 80-unit senior complex in Delaware, according to Columbus Business First.
The complex will be located on Houk Road, south of State Route 37, on Delaware’s western edge. It will be located near the planned YMCAÂ and the current Optimum Plastics‘ facility.
Total price tag is pegged at $9 million and building is expected to be complete by 2009.
