The Battling Bishiops and arch-rival Crusaders hooked-up for a show-down that took 39:58 to settle at Branch Rickey Arena.
Ohio Wesleyan fell by two to the 18th-ranked Capital squad, and the fans were treated to a gem of a contest.
Missed it?

So, she decided to take into her own hands and created this site to share her new knowledge. Enjoy, my take on Delaware, Ohio and real estate as a general.
I am confused who the Crusaders are. As an OWU alumnus, I can tell you that our arch-rival teams are Denison University (especially for lacrosse) and Kenyon College (for swimming). I am guessing the Crusaders are another Ohio college…but not really a Wesleyan peer.
Sorry to be confusing. Capital is the Crusaders and the Battling Bishops and them have a good non-conference rivalry. It isn’t OWU – Wittenberg but with the connection between the coaches and the proximity of the schools it is a very good rivalry.
Wittenberg is out of our league as well. We compete with Wooster, Denison, Kenyon and Oberlin. Which is why we are in the same consortium with them…
The consortium is different than the North Coast Athletic Conferece.
With the Bishops winning the all-sports trophy from the NCAC last year no one is “out of their” league.
I am just saying that few put Wittenberg and Ohio Wesleyan together. Academically or in athletics. They attract students of different academic cadre. Wittenberg might be strong in sports, but it is not a school that competes with OWU in the sports that Ohio Wesleyan is particularly strong in…soccer, lacrosse, track, swimming…
In pretty much all of these sports, but even more so academically, we compare ourselves with Denison, Kenyon, Oberlin and Wooster.
