How great it was to hear that the Eagles have brought Delaware County its first Ohio High School Athletic Association state football champion on Friday at Canton’s Fawcett Stadium.
Having played small-school football – personally at the Div. 6 level – I know how great it is in these communities when this type of thing comes home for them.
Congrats to every member of the 2007 Eagles team, this is an accomplishment that will be with you for the rest of your lives.
