The Fabulous Food Show will take place at the International Exposition Center in Cleveland, Ohio on Nov. 9-11.
The food show is one of the premier culinary events in the midwest and should be a lot of fun for everyone attending. In addition to celebrity chef demonstrations, there will be 200 exhibitors in the Market Place and the Grand Tasting Pavilion offers the opportunity to enjoy 300 wines. And new in 2007 is the TheWineBuzz Bubble Lounge featuring sparkling wines from around the world.
This is a great event and will feature some of the Food Network’s top stars — including Giada De Laurentiis, Duff Goldman, Jason Roberts, and my personal favorite Alton Brown (pictured).
Tickets are available for purchase online at www.fabulousfoodshow.com for $25 in advance or $27.50 the day of the show. The Renaissance Hotel is offering a special “See, Taste & Stay” Ticket Package.
The I-X Center is located near Cleveland’s Hopkins Airport on the southwest side of the city.

Cleveland is an interesting food town. It has been getting much press lately. Alton Brown is also one of my favorite foodie stars. He’s all over the place anymore. In fact, the picture you have on your post of him in front of the diner was taken in only twenty minutes from where I sit, in Savannah, GA.

You are right. Gretchen and I usually spend about a weekend a year in Cleveland (for the Vintage Ohio wine festival) and it is really cool when you can have a different type of food every time we visit.
As to Alton, I have to agree. I got hooked on “Good Eats” several years ago and love his “Feasting on Asphalt” show (from which the photograph was taken and stolen by me).
I want to spend an entire vacation in Savannah, we’ve been there for a “short” day trip on our way to Daytona Beach.
