In September, 11 units sold with an average of 5.60 acres and sold for $132,673 after being on the market for 186 days.
The home and land price are also down in Jacksonville Florida. We are being hit very hard by the credit crunch. In theory, it should be a perfect buyers market with the lowering of the interest rates and with the decreased home prices…..but still no buyers.

What we are looking for is a lot to build a single family home. We prefer an area which has water and sewage, and would like to be in south-central or south-east Delaware County, or Westerville, New Albany, Gahanna or Blacklick. Is this something that you can help with? Thanks.
