Buckeye Valley BaronBuckeye Valley girl’s basketball team has announced its third annual Lady Baron Golf Scramble will take place on October 13 at Mill Creek Golf Club in Ostrander.

There will be a shotgun start at 9 a.m. and the $50 entry fee will provide 18 holes of golf with cart and a burger and bratwurst lunch.

In addition to the 18 holes of golf several will be marked with skill games, which include

  • closest to the pin on second shot

In addition, golfers will have the opportunity to purchase mulligans, test their skill at the 50/50 hole, and participate in a raffle drawing at the end of the event.

All of the money raised is used to support the Lady Baron basketball team, with last year’s proceeds going towards new travel suits and bags.

Entry deadline is October 4. For more information contact Kevin Smith at 740-502-6388 or e-mail him at ksmith@buckeyevalley.k12.oh.us .
