Buying a New-Build in Delaware Ohio’s Springer Woods

Springer Woods is a quiet community located on Delaware’s west side. The planned develoment is unique for many of Delaware’s new build developments.While all Delaware developments are being built into their environment, Springer Woods has preserved the mature trees and offers a great setting.

The development has several homes that are close to move-in ready.

  • 141 Springer Woods Boulevard, Delaware. $207,483 with down payment assistance and no money down. This is a lovely five-level split with full basement and 1,600 square-feet of living space. Mobley’s The Darby model has 4 bedrooms and can have up to 3-1/2 bathrooms. It has a large great room (15′7″ x 16′8″) that fows into a large kitchen, with another family room and the laundry on the entry floor.
  • 68 Madison Court (pictured above), Delaware. $262,102 with immediate possession. Another five-level split but this one has more than 3,100 square feet. This is Mobley’s The Savannah II is a 4 or 5 bedroom model with 3-1/2 bathrooms.
