Worthington Arms has a new resident today after Joy purchased 430 Walnut Boulevard on Monday.
The home was very well-cared for by the previous owners and is beautifully landscaped. If previous visits are any indication it is sure to make her very popular with the grandchildren.
Mobile homes are a unique purchase and if you are interested in buying or selling – go for an agent that has experience in this arena. Contact Toby for more details.

Hey, congrats Toby. You’re right there are a lot of unique issues that go into the manufactured and mobile home sales. Sounds like you’ve got that niche covered.

Steve – Thanks for stopping by. They do have some unique aspects that a lot of people don’t consider when they go to purchase a home. They just see the $15,000 price tag and think they can buy it like a normal house.
