Tasting the Country will take place Friday through Sunday at the Mt. Gilead State Park on the east-side of the park’s namesake city.
Tasting the County is similar to many of the “Peddler” fests that are held throughout the state each summer with vendors in authentic clothing selling the classics while artisans sell their works on the grounds.
It should be a good time and a great way to teach the children about their pioneer heritage.
