Scioto Gardens Nursery, located on U.S. 37 west of Delaware, will host its inaugural Gardening and Arts Festival on Saturday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.The event will feature the work of 20 local artists. There will be a presentation on native plants at 10 a.m., environmental gardening at 1 p.m., and bees at 3 p.m.
