Westerville, Ohio sits just south of the Delaware County line, however numerous homes served by the Westerville post office lie in Delaware County.
In June, Westerville’s market remained hot with 133 homes selling for the average price of $239,118 or $115.80 per square foot. The market is slightly down from last year’s 141 units sold however the cost per squre foot is up nearly $3 from last years mark.
On the year, 617 units have sold in Westerville for the average price of $228,645 or $110.19 per square foot. Prices are down 2.5 percent from 2006 and unit sales are down 1.9 percent from last year’s numbers. However at more than 600 units it is one of the more robust markets in the area.
