Lewis Center, Ohio real estate has gained more than a dollar per square foot compared to one year ago, however it has come at the expense of sales in June.
In June 2007, the price-per-square-foot of a home in Lews Center was $114.88 which gained 1.1 percent over last year’s $113.62 per square foot. The total houses sold in June 2007 were 34 with an average price of $281,922. That compares to last year when 64 houses sold with an average price of $278,580.
On the year, 186 homes have sold in Lewis Center, Ohio with an average price-per-square-foot of $116.11 or $264,965 on the average 2,282 square-foot home. Compared to 2006 it is a drop of 30 percent in home sales (243 properties sold to date in ‘06) and home prices have inched up by $0.40 per square foot.
