Ashley, Ohio had four homes sold in June 2007 with an average price of $92,500. The square footage averaged 1,137 square feet and only two bedrooms and 1-1/2 bathroom and $81.35 per square foot. By comparison only two homes sold in Ashley in June 2006 with an average price of $93,200.

Despite the solid June home sales in Ashley remain behind the 2006 mark. In 2007, there have been 13 units sold compared to 15 over the same time the year before. The prices are down slightly as well with $80.17 per square foot so far in 2007, compared to $85.68 the year before.

Have to keep in mind that with the smaller number of units sold, one transaction can skew these statistics up or down very easily and also that most of Ashley’s addresses are rural and each listing is unique not only in the home but also the land upon which it sits.
