Eldora Motor Speedway, owned by NASCAR driver Tony Stewart, is one of the nation’s top dirt tracks. Of course, being owned by a NASCAR driver can really help that out.
On Wednesday, Stewart and Eldora will host the Nextel Prelude to the Dream with a long list of great drivers.
“The Eldora legacy is to go above and beyond for its loyal fans,” Stewart said in a Speedway issued press release. “The Nextel Prelude to the Dream carries on that tradition. Nextel has returned to partner with us, and with some of the best race car drivers in the world competing on the hallowed dirt of Eldora, it promises to be another memorable night.â€
Racers scheduled to take part in this years Nextel Prelude to the Dream include:

- 2000 NASCAR Champion Bobby Labonte
- 1988 NASCAR Champion Bill Elliott

- veteran dirt racer Ken Schrader

Tickets can purchased online or by calling (937) 338-3815 and are $23 for adult general admission tickets.
Eldora is located in New Weston, Ohio (Google Map) which is about two hours west of Delaware in Darke County.
