And while the sold numbers are ot exciting right now, there is hope on the horizon as 255 homes are currently contingent and another 175 are under contract in Delaware County. Which puts 430 houses in the process of closing and less than 5 percent (20) of them are contingent based upon the sale of a home.
So it appears that the summer season has begun in Central Ohio.
