The cold-snap of a few weeks ago has not killed off too many of our Tulips, Daffodils, and other spring flowers.
And it surely did not kill of the Delaware County appetite for selling homes! Listings continued to rise this week pushing up to near the 2,100 mark while solds also climbed during the span.
