I love Powell Ohio but I wanted to warn everyone about the Traditions of Powell Townhome ‘Prisons’. All the neighbors are very unfriendly to each other and are at each other’s throats. They were promised paved streets on their two main roads and extra parking for other homeowners and guests. One year later we were all told that it’s not going to happen. We have to enter our homes from our backyards because the front streets are not paved, there are no sidewalks, and it a one way dirt road so no parking either. We lived here for a year and have yet to use our front door (the dirt muddy sunken road), when company comes over they have to use the backyard or garage. Traditions of Powell townhomes look like the Ghetto and it’s getting worst.
I am warning everyone I can, do not move here, it’s really that bad here.
