Of course it goes beyond just the agent changing to the market and different situations that can create changes. My philosophy in Real Estate has always been that if I am NEVER too busy for my clients. If my business is that tremendous that I can not personally handle my buyers and sellers than I will reduce my business. Buyers and Sellers hire one person and that is the person that they should see from beginning to end. You did a great job with this article and you had a fabulous way of storytelling it.
