April Showers are scheduled to roll in this week to provide us with May Flowers. And on the real estate front, it appears that April’s Listings are going to give us May’s sales.
The active listing continued to grow and topped 2,050 for the first time this year.

Those are the county-wide numbers, but what about the city itself?
There are currently 311 residential listings in the city with an average price tag of $182,793 for an 1,800 square-feet house and has been on the market for 116 days.
Last week eight houses sold in Delaware for the cost of $181,712 after listing for $184,500. The average house that sold was 1,906 square-feet and sold in 93 days.
Only four homes were withdrawn and they averaged 2,016 square feet and cost $186,675 and had been on the market for 186 days.
