It was a long-day in the office and you want to order pizza for supper, but what are the options?
Well in Delaware there is a pizza shop for roughly every 2,500 residents. Your choices include:
- Amato’s Wood Fired Pizza To Go, 369-8797

- Cottage Inn Pizza, 362-0111
- Delco Pizza, 363-0033
- Domino’s Pizza, 363-9824
- Donatos Pizza, 362-0682
- East of Chicago (located in Speedway at W. Central and Troy Road)
- Final Score Sports Pub, 363-4799
- Gabby’s Place Pizza and Subs, 369-4619
- Hungry Howie’s Pizza and Subs, 363-8020
- Lil’ Bella’s, 363-9040
- Marco’s Pizza, 368-9000
- Papa Joe’s, 362-1500

- Papa John’s Pizza, 369-7272
- Pizza Hut, 369-7777
- Pizza Pan, 362-2111
- SuperHitz Pizza, 363-6422
And as sad as it might sound, Toby and Gretchen have tried every one of these except Papa Joe’s and Pizza Pan.
Pizza Pan’s ads make it sound like a great place to get pizza for a party – pick it up and you get buy one get two free or buy one get one free on delivery – however for the two of them that would be a death-sentence for the diet.
Not sure why they haven’t tried Papa Joe’s other than it came into town about the same time they went onto the diet.

What ever happened to the Little Ceasar’s Pizza located just across from Kroger’s by the tracks? I remember my dad (Melvin Disbennett) and I going in there when I was young. They had good pizza. Also, there was a place called Tominelli’s. That was friend of my dad’s place. It was great too. Thank you. Just remembered growing up in Delaware.

Melissa,
Thanks for stopping by. I’m not sure how long ago Little Ceasar’s left Delaware but it has been a little while. Another one that most people like was the Pizza Villa which closed up shop about two years ago downtown.
