Toby and I like to keep people on our site, however every once in a while you come across a post and you just know this person has it.

Michigan - I know, I know - Realtor Maureen Francis is one of those people. Her post “10 Things You Can’t Do If You Want to SELL Your Home in Michigan“ is a great read — no matter where you live. As well is a lot of other articles on her blog miOaklandCounty.com.

She has some great points, even if she does live in that state up north :-)
