It was a busy day for Delaware’s Southside in Thursday’s Delaware Gazette. On Monday, City Council has authorized Byers to build a new dealership on the corner of Cheshire Road and U.S. 23.
The dealership, sounds like a great example of what can happen when a community and big-business work together. Delaware, Byers, and Toyota worked together to create a building that met all the individual desires and created a unique and design fitting for Delaware’s Gateway.
This will be the first in what is expected to be a large collection of developments on the city’s south side. Grady Memorial Hospital is planning to create a Health Care Campus in the area which will include a new hospital and numerous other additions.
