Delaware Ohio This Week (April 1-7)

“I hope that market is better for you than it is here.”

A common e-mail that Toby has been receiving from friends and fellow agents from all over Ohio and several bordering states.

And in two words — it is. Toby thought it was going the same for every Realtor in the area — business was picking up and the people were coming out of their winter slumber to buy new homes. However in a couple of conversations this week, it became clear that it hasn’t hit everyone.

“Sure would be nice to be busy with real estate again,” one agent said.

Well Toby has been busy with real estate. Am I writing this to brag about him? No. But the numbers are showing that homes are selling in Delaware County — make sure that you have an agent that’s working and not wishing.

Anyhow, enough about Toby — let’s get back to the effect of the real estate market this week.
