One of the “rules” when I started the blog review was that it had to be a local blog. Sice I’ve already posted this week’s blog review, I thought I’d give my self a little liberty and add a fun blog that I recently found.
I guess it was only a matter of time when America’s love of real estate and celebrities merged and that site is Big Time Listings, part of the Berg Properties family.
The majority of posts are posted by Bob Goldsborough and the site’s archives head back to November.
Among yesterday’s news was that Ellen Degeneres has listed a Santa Barbara, Calif. mansion for $24 million and that Sir Elton John and partner David Furnish have purchased a trendy-L.A. condo.
I’m not a celebrity worshiper, but this site does have some interesting tid-bits for those of us wondering how - and where - those celebrities live.

It’s like driving by a car accident, you don’t want to look but human nature kicks in.
There are a number of famous individuals who visit or own a home in and around the Bluffton/Hilton Head Island area. The stories weave down through the grapevine now and again. Last summer were the big “Benifer” sightings.
It’s always intersting to view how the rich and famous live.

I totally agree — the biggest thing last year at OWU was that Kevin Costner’s daughter applied to the school. She ended up going somewhere else, but we all chatted about it for a couple of months.
