Limit the search to properties intended to be used for residential, and the average price falls 4 percent. I had expected more to be honest, but I think it goest that if you “want” to pay the money for a lot that’s best-use is for commerical applications — no one is going to stop you.
If you want to spend less than $50,000, you can get a lot in Delaware or Sunbury. The country lots are running from $65,000 on up, and you have to be careful to read the information carefully — of what you actually get for the money.
