Delaware This Week (March 4-11)

After our break-out week last week, which saw the solds account for nearly a quarter of the year-to-date, we took a step back this week.

The solds slid back to 19 and were out-paced by 37 withdrawn listings.

  • Days on Market: 178
  • List Price: $313,092
  • Sold Price: $309,529

Active

  • Number: 1,856
  • Square Feet: 2,695
  • Days on Market: 135
  • List Price: $385,707

Withdrawn

  • Number: 37
  • Square Feet: 2,614
  • Days on Market: 132
  • List Price: $336,859

However, if the next couple of weeks are anything like the one Toby just experienced … it is going to be a very nice summer.
