HomeSales.gov is a very sad Web site, even though it is simply a listing of homes that are being sold by the Governement, the majority (if not all) are FHA, VA, and USDA loan-defaults.

Looking in Ohio for one of these properties?

According to this site, you have 76 pages worth of homes to choose from. That’s an estimated 1,520 homes for sale after having been foreclosed upon. And there are probably just as many – if not more – in various stages of foreclosure across this great state of ours.
