After a dip in solds last week, we’ve bounced back to 20 closed deals this week. Not a lot of new action this week with a small number of withdraws and new actives. But, then with most offices being closed for 1-1/2 days last week … it is no wonder.
Of course, I was submitting offers while the county was under a level 3 snow emergency on Wednesday — thank goodnes for four-wheel drive SUVs.
Justamere Road is a small gravel road on Delaware County’s eastern side, running between Condit Road and the county line.
