Join history professionals and others during Ohio History Statehood Day on March 1.
The “basic” agenda for the day is to promote Ohio’s history as an important thing to preserve. When I recently spoke with Ohio Historical Society director of government relations Todd Kleismit, he said that the issues will be statewide and that while some will have a local project to push — the majority will be about improving the state’s preservation of history.
