Upper Arlington’s Labor Day Arts Festival has a call for submission for local artists. The festival is considered one of Ohio’s premier one-day blind-juried arts festival featuring fine art and craft in a vareity of media.
The artist’s application must be postmarked by Friday, Feb. 16, 2007.
