It was a busy week for the Delaware County, Ohio real estate market. Ninety properties were either changed or taken off the market this week.
Roughly one month after the New Year was wrang with unseasonably high temperatures, and we’ve seen the results. There were 32 properties sold last week, which is up 11 over the previous week.
As expected in this buyer’s market — of course the coldest temperatures in a decade don’t hurt — the number of new listings has slowed down as the County is up 21 from last week.

The days on market for expired and withdrawn listings was 246 and 237 this week. That’s a long time, and I would expect that they are still trying to convince themselves they can get what their neighbors received two years ago.
