One of the reasons I have never joined a Carnival is the consumer content issue. The other reason is intimidation! As to how I'm going to keep the others out, I don't want to "keep anyone out" if some of the great RE-to-RE bloggers do a placeblog post then I'll gladly include it. I personally, see myself as a bi-blogger. I try to do some educating of my consumers in my blogs, but am trying to give as much Delaware product as possible. However, if they don't meet the criteria, then I won't include them. That's part of why I'm hosting the first few - to set the tone. I would rather go with 3 posts than to go with a dozen that aren't on topic. I'm going to reach out to as many of the placebloggers/consumer-driven bloggers as possible in the next day or so. Hopefully, they'll by in and we can create an equal blog carnival to the real estate one. We are serving different categories of the public. Thanks for the kudos.
