Frost is on the bird feeders and it appears that winter has finally come to Delaware, Ohio.

According to The Weather Channel today’s high is 34 and it will be fluttering around the freezing mark for the next 10 days.

It has been a warm start to 2007 — with Toby having been on the golf course three times already. And we’ve yet to have our first snow that has lasted longer than a couple of hours — but it looks like we’ll get some later this weekend.

The real estate market in Delaware, Ohio has been as warm as the start of the year — and we are all hopeful that this cold-snap will not slow it down.

So pull out that winter coat — and keep looking at those houses! :-)
