Gretchen and Toby had the opportunity to attend a reception at the Relaxation Station.
Relaxation Station is a unique business that recently opened at 320 London Road in Suite
303. The Relaxation Station has a lot of relaxation chairs and such that allows women to truely relax. Sharon Garn, owner, said:
“I don’t think women today know how to truely relax. We ‘think’ we know how to relax, but we are so stressed that we can never truely destress.”
And that is the goal of this program. The Relaxation Station has relaxation equipment, but that is only half of the offerings. The real “core” of their offering is an education experience — they offer courses of varying lengths that focus on what is stressing their clients.
