The hottest thing in Central Ohio this week has been Gator meat. And don’t be surprised if at your national championship bash, it’s on the menu.

Toby and Gretchen enjoyed alligator while dining at Razoo’s Cajun Cafe in Charlotte, North Carolina the past two summers. They had the appetizer which had breaded gator with dipping sauces. The flavor was very similar to Catfish with a slight “fishy” taste but pretty hardy. Toby then had the blackened gator for his meal and deeply enjoyed it.
