Last week was a slow one in Delaware, and we blamed it on the Fair and such. Well this week wasn’t a lot better … have to come up with a new excuse.

I think we are just seeing the “response” to the slow-market working its way through the chain. It took buyers and sellers some time to figure out that the market had shifted.
